Basic Personnel Policy

As the environment continues to change every minute, to maintain sustainable growth in the area of the medical business, we need to be an organization that consists of employees who can cope with changes.
Therefore, aiming to become employees and an organization that are strong against changes, we have developed the basic policy on personnel strategies.

To embody "A company is its people," we seek diversified human resources, and establish an organization that utilizes each personality for the growth of business.
At the same time, we try to share information so as not to distract from speedy decision-making, and conduct efficient organization management.

We measure the ability and growth possibilities of human resources and the organization, and steadily strengthen human resources and the organization.

3.Sustainable work environment

Employees' health

To embody "A company is its people" that was set out under the Basic Personnel Policy, we established our "Healthy Company Declaration" in 2017 (redeclaration in 2020).
By working with industrial doctors, the health insurance association and industrial health staff, we shall improve and maintain all employees' mental and physical health, promote health management and strive for work style reform.

We aim to develop a corporate culture and ethics that allow various talented people to feel safe and demonstrate their abilities by sharing the purpose, "Protect lives and health"
To inherit the idea of focusing on human resource development and maintaining the high corporate growth, we shall prepare an environment that allows various talented people to play an active role.

Social contribution activities and support

To remain a company that thrives with the local community, we are actively engaged in social contribution initiatives, and support employees' independent volunteer activities by establishing and preparing a support system.

Promotion of Fair Trading

Bribery prevention guidelines

Operating within the medical device industry, we play a part in supporting the healthcare system. In addition, we are aware that we can contribute to the welfare of society through our sound business activities with fair competition. Therefore, to avoid provision and receipt of illicit benefits from our business both in Japan and overseas, we have the Bribery Prevention Rules in effect, and regularly implement internal training and make the rules well known.
Furthermore, we request our business partners to agree to an anti-corruption clause when we conclude a basic agreement. We also publicize the DVx Bribery Prevention Guidelines, prohibit bribery by our business partners and request them to work on anti-corruption measures.

Transparency guidelines

We have set the "Policy on the Transparency of the Corporate Activities and Our Relationship with Medical Facilities, etc." as the guideline. We disclose the records of our funding to medical facilities, etc. associated with our business activities.
In the establishment of the policy, we considered our business domains, fully studied the content of the "Transparency Guidelines for the Medical Device Industry and Its Relationships with Medical Institutions and Other Organizations" by the Japan Federation of Medical Devices Association, and reconstituted the guidelines to match our business status.

As a company involved in the medical device sales business, which affects people's life and health, we aim to contribute to the establishment of a sustainable society and improve our corporate value by solving social issues by conducting business activities based on our corporate philosophy.
