History

April 1986 Herz Co.,Ltd. was founded in Itabashi-ku, Tokyo as a reseller of cardiac pacemakers and provider of after-sales service.
January 1992 Began import and sales of EP Lab, a computer designed for cardiac electrophysiological testing from Quinton of Canada.
March 1997 To expand our product line-up, acquired CMI Japan (headquartered in Toshima-ku, Tokyo), an importer of medical devices.
November 1997 CMI Japan reorganized as a stock corporation.
February 2000 Began import and sales of the ACIST automated contrast medium injection system from the US company ACIST.
October 2001 CMI Japan company name changed to DVx Japan K.K.
November 2003 Began import and sales of the Excimer Laser Angioplasty System from the US company Spectranetics.
February 2004 Merged with DVx Japan K.K. and company name changed from Herz to DVx Inc.
November 2004 Excimer Laser Angioplasty System approved as an advanced medical technology.
April 2007 Company listed on the JASDAQ securities exchange.
April 2010 With the merger of the JASDAQ and Osaka Securities Exchanges, DVx listed on the Osaka JASDAQ Exchange (currently the Tokyo Stock Exchange JASDAQ (Standard)).
June 2010 Took over the medical device distribution division of Medical Project Co., Ltd.
July 2013 With the merger of the Osaka Securities Exchange and Tokyo Stock Exchange spot markets, DVx Inc. listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange JASDAQ.
December 2013 Listed on the second section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
September 2014 Listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
April 2022 With restructuring of the stock market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, DVx Inc. listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market.
